Guideline:

Important Information:

(1) The package price has been set with the current exchange rate of 32.50 BDT per Saudi Riyal. If the price of Riyal increases before Hajj, the additional amount must be paid by the pilgrims.
(2) After the announcement of the “Hajj Package,” if there is any increase in costs, that will be considered part of the package price, and pilgrims will have to pay the increased amount.
(3) The dates mentioned in the package for departure and return may vary by 1-2 days depending on the flight schedule and the sighting of the moon.

Responsibilities of Pilgrims:

Interested pilgrims must deposit the full package price into the agency’s designated bank account by February 5, 2025.
The passport must be valid until at least December 15, 2025.
Submit 2 copies of passport-sized photos and 2 copies of stamp-sized photos.
Pilgrims must receive Meningitis, Influenza, and Cholera vaccinations (if required) from a government hospital 30 days prior to the Hajj flight.

Necessary Items to Carry:

For Men:

  • Ihram clothing: 2/3 sets, each 2.5 yards.
  • 2/3 sets of clothing, each 3 yards.
  • Other essential personal items.

For Women:

  • Salwar kameez: 4/5 sets.
  • Other essential personal items.

Prescription medications:

  • Regular medications must be carried in the main luggage with doctor prescription.
  • Keep essential items for 1-2 days in the hand luggage.

For Qurbani/Dam:

  • 750 Saudi Riyals must be brought along.
