In Makkah:

2-star hotel, located within 200 meters from the outer courtyard of Masjid Al-Haram.
Accommodation in rooms for 3-4 people.
Note: Pilgrims will stay in a modern apartment 2 km away for 2 days before Hajj and 3
days after Hajj (a total of 5-6 days).
In Madinah:

Air-conditioned hotel with elevator facilities, located within 400 meters from the outer
courtyard of Masjid Al-Nabawi. Accommodation in rooms for 4-5 people, with attached
bathrooms, refrigerator, TV, and hot/cold water facilities.

In Mina and Arafat: Accommodation in air-conditioned tents as per Saudi Muallim D-category. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served.

Buffet-style meals available.

  • Breakfast: Bread, cheese, butter, jelly, eggs, bananas or roti, paratha, lentils/vegetables, eggs, bananas.
  • Lunch: Rice, fish/meat, vegetables, lentils, salad, fruits.
  • Dinner: Rice, fish/meat, vegetables, lentils, salad, fruits, tea, coffee, and biscuits available 24/7.

Additional Information:

For accommodation of 2 people in a room in Makkah or Madinah, an additional
1,90,000/- BDT per person will be charged.  For accommodation of 3 people in a room, an additional 90,000/- BDT per person will be charged.

In Makkah: Air-conditioned house located within a maximum of 3 kilometers from the outer courtyard of Masjid Al-Haram. Accommodation in rooms for 6 people.

In Madinah: Air-conditioned house located within a maximum of 1.5 kilometers from the outer courtyard of Masjid Al-Nabawi. Accommodation in rooms for 6 people.

In Mina and Arafat:
Accommodation in air-conditioned tents as per Saudi Muallim D-category. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served.

Meal Details:
o Breakfast: Roti/Paratha, lentils/vegetables.
o Lunch and Dinner: Rice, fish/meat, vegetables, and lentils served in pre packed boxes.

Transport: Air-conditioned buses provided by Muallim for transportation between Jeddah-Makkah-
Madinah-Mina-Arafat-Muzdalifah-Mina-Makkah-Madinah-Jeddah.
Sightseeing trips (ziyarah) in Makkah and Madinah are well-organized.

Emergency Services:
Emergency medical services available in case of accidents or illness.

Religious Guidance:
Experienced scholars will be available to discuss important Islamic rulings and provide
assistance with Hajj rituals.

Important Information:

(1) The package price has been set with the current exchange rate of 32.50 BDT per Saudi Riyal. If the price of Riyal increases before Hajj, the additional amount must be paid by the pilgrims.

(2) After the announcement of the Hajj Package, if there is any increase in costs, that will be considered part of the package price, and pilgrims will have to pay the increased amount.

(3) The dates mentioned in the package for departure and return may vary by 1-2 days depending
on the flight schedule and the sighting of the moon.

Responsibilities of Pilgrims:

1. Interested pilgrims must deposit the full package price into the agency’s designated bank account by February 5, 2025.

2. The passport must be valid until at least December 15, 2025.

3. Submit 2 copies of passport-sized photos and 2 copies of stamp-sized photos.

4. Pilgrims must receive Meningitis, Influenza, and Cholera vaccinations (if required) from a
government hospital 30 days prior to the Hajj flight.

Necessary Items to Carry:

For Men:
 Ihram clothing: 2/3 sets, each 2.5 yards.
 2/3 sets of clothing, each 3 yards.
 Other essential personal items.

For Women:
 Salwar kameez: 4/5 sets.
 Other essential personal items.

Prescription medications:
 Regular medications must be carried in the main luggage with doctor prescription.
 Keep essential items for 1-2 days in the hand luggage.

For Qurbani/Dam:
 750 Saudi Riyals must be brought along.
